Experience:

• 8 to 10 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)

• Bachelor/Master's Degree in Science, Engineering or Technology from any public university or reputed private university.

• Applicants with MBA will get preference but not a must.

• 8 to 10 years

• Minimum 8-10 Years' of experience in sales, marketing or business development.

• Candidates with experiences in selling industrial products will get a preference.

• Willing to take initiatives

• Frequent visit to customers inside and outside of Dhaka.

• Set strategic plan and implement tactical action to achieve organization objective.

• Forecast market needs, assist in planning & ensure monthly sales target achievement.

• Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture potential customers.

• Supervise sales team and fix target and follow-up the activities of the team members to increase sales.

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly customer visit plan.

• Find Potential customer by robust market visit. Visiting industrial customers and build relationships.

• Develop new businesses, applications and retain existing customers.

• Conduct market survey and analysis in developing new products and applications.

• Provide training to customers to ensure correct and safe usages of industrial gases.

• Track and audit company assets related to industrial gases.
