∎ Training/Trade Course: BGMEA apperel Manufactuaring Course or BSC in Textie engineering
∎ Skills Required: Garments Merchandising, Marketing and merchandising
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Factory Merchandising, Knitwear Merchandising, Marketing and merchandising
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Group of Companies, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and develop merchandising strategies that meets customers expectations and company's objectives.
∎ Analyze sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stock.
∎ Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, distributors and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities and time-scales.
∎ Prepare costing and confirmation of price, placement of order.
∎ Maximize customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately.
∎ Produce layout plans for stores and maintain store shelves and inventory
∎ Forecast profits/sales and plan budgets.
∎ Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes.
∎ Build constructive customer relationships and team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
∎ Ensure on-time shipment and monitoring.
∎ Remain up to date with industry's best practices.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 42 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong product and material knowledge with good development skill, and familiar with merchandising and product development process.
∎ Ability to build strong relationships with the team as a good team Member, communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
∎ Well organized individual, able to manage multiple tasks, strong problem-solving skills, able to meet deadlines.
∎ Proficient in English (Written and spoken)
∎ Knowledge in MS office package.
