∎ Ability to communicate and work effectively with colleagues; good computer literacy specially MS Offices and powerpoint, demonstrative commitment and sensitivity to gender and diversity issues.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Schedule and organize meetings, conferences, workshops, etc. for the Director and writing reports, minutes, media releases etc. of events organized under the Administration and Road Safety Programme and circulate/distribute these to appropriate places in time.
∎ Develop communication materials like flyers, posters, leaflets, bulletins, newsletters, brochures etc. to aware BRAC people on Road safety-related issues.
∎ Preparing annual budget for administration department, managing inventory procurement analysis, maintain stock and assisting in review and development of processes that improve efficiency and effectiveness of units.
∎ Intra and inter-departmental communication. Liaison with other programmes of BRAC and external agencies like GOs, NGOs and development partners.
∎ Plan and organize public events, meetings, workshops and seminars to facilitate different units of the administration department and Road Safety Programme serve as the department’s spokesperson to the media and the general public.
∎ Ensure strategic support to the department and Road Safety Programme in adaptation of change management and operational transformation.
∎ Coordinate the development of the Annual Operating Plan( AOP) for the units under the Administration department and Road Safety Programme and follow-up implementation.
∎ Coordination and management of the website of the Road Safety Programme & Driving School.
∎ Managing social media for BRAC Driving School and BRAC Road Safety Programme and communicating directly with potential customers as and when requires.
∎ Managing and coordinating Road Safety Programme partnership with the Global Alliance of NGOs for Road Safety and Commonwealth Road Safety Initiative.
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.

∎ Job Purpose:
∎ Responsible to ensure all relevant employees are aware of strategic changes within the organization through developing and distributing different communication material on behalf of the Director Administration & Road Safety Programme.
