Job Context:
∎ A shariah based Islamic bank is looking for a dynamic individual for Recovery & Monitoring Department.
∎ Job Location-Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for recovery of delinquent accounts.
∎ Liasoning with advocates and solicitors on issues pertaining to recovery besides dealing with all other legal issues concerning the Bank.
∎ Direct and coordinate credit, fraud investigations, and delinquent account collections
∎ Audit non-collectable delinquent accounts to ensure maximum efforts taken before assigning bad-debt status to account
∎ To manage and control all matters relating to Recovery Division.
∎ Review collection reports to ascertain status of collections and balances outstanding and to evaluate effectiveness of current collection policies and procedures
∎ Asset Classification and Provisioning and recovery of Banks dues.
∎ He / she will also be responsible for interacting with the statutory and regulatory authorities on recovery and liasoning matters.
∎ Any other tasks as and when required by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Legal, Negotiation
∎ Relevant experience in reputed Commercial Bank(s) with 5-7 year’s experience in recovery department.
