∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Must have 12 years’ work experience in Motorcycle sales industry.
∎ Must have 2 years work experience as NSM at any motorcycle sales industry.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieving overall sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. Acquire new dealers, meet with the sales representatives, potential dealers to develop an implementation plan to ensure achievement of sales targets.
∎ Creating a short- and long-term sales plan with the intention of achieving the given objectives.
∎ Consistently meet Sales target in accordance with team/organizational goals.
∎ Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence. Developing and implementing strategies to grow market share by increasing brand awareness, increasing customer loyalty, and increasing overall sales.
∎ Hire, monitor, train and coach sales team members. Deputy General sales managers ensure each employee has proper training to make sure they meet their sales targets.
∎ Establish standards for marketing and advertising. Deputy General Manager - Sales do this by analyzing the profitability and success of advertising campaigns.
∎ Analyze customer satisfaction reports. Understanding customer experiences helps sales managers make recommendations to improve customer service and retention.
∎ Build relationships. In order to increase sales and maintain a professional network, sales managers interact with customers, manufacturing representatives and representing the organization at trade shows and conferences.
∎ Job Context - We are looking for a high-performing Deputy General Manager - Sales, to meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. He will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management. Deputy General Manager - Sales responsibilities include managing the day-to-day operations of company’s sales department, new dealer acquisition. He oversees a team of salespeople and work to ensure that everyone is working towards the same goals. Deputy General Manager - Sales may also be tasked with developing new sales strategies or plans, as well as identifying ways to improve upon existing ones. This might include anything from creating new product offerings to finding new clients or markets to expand.
