Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The Area/Zonal Manager will oversee the operations of tricycle-based delivery services within their designated zone/area. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing the performance of drivers and ensuring timely and efficient delivery services. The ideal candidate will ensure operational excellence, manage key stakeholders, and drive revenue growth in the assigned region.
∎ · Oversee day-to-day operations of tricycle delivery services in the designated area.
∎ · To expand the business by creating strong Distribution Channel & maintain relationship with the potential Dealer.
∎ · To motivate the Distributors & Sales Persons. To upgrade the information of price rate of the Competitor Companies.
∎ · Generation of sales leads by visiting different competitor's agents, farms on a regular basis. Ensure the respective work visit in accordance with the route plan.
∎ · Recruit, train, and manage tricycle drivers and support staff.
∎ · Liaise with local authorities and community leaders to ensure smooth operations.
∎ · Accountable to add new Dealer's from the competition in the respective gap market.
∎ · Ensure the monthly target through existing and adding new customers on a monthly basis.
∎ · Accountable to achieve new dealer sales and stuck dealer sales as per given target.
∎ · To achieve any other goal that set up by the Management.
∎ · Any other tasks as & when assign by the Authority
