Job Responsibilities:
∎ Human Resource; includes (a) recruiting, training and retention of employees. (b) Processing payroll (c) analysis on employee performance.
∎ Responsible for employee discipline, Union, Court matters, Liaoning with govt. officers & Legal compliance under applicable labor laws, Compliance with local statutory laws and enforcement agencies related to manufacturing companies.
∎ Office facilities management (including accommodation for staff and employees).
∎ Maintenance of all official record process.
∎ Maintain a proper reporting and communication between factory and branches office with Head office.
∎ Create, Control and Guide overall strategic HR Operations for Group of Companies.
∎ To maintain liaison with Departments/Units/Plants/Projects and individuals on mutual interest for smooth operation of HRM functions.
∎ Set the Organization's pay structure and benefits offerings and determine competitive wage rates and develop or modify compensation plans.
∎ Evaluate employee benefits policies to assess whether they are current, competitive, and legal.
∎ To ensure legal compliance of policies, disciplinary procedures, employee separation from service procedures and prepare severance payment as per Labor Law.
∎ Ensure optimum Human resources as per Company policy.
∎ Excellent knowledge on security protocols and procedures along with implementation.
∎ Conversant with local administrative laws & regulations and ensure implementation.
∎ Regular update of emergency action plans and security risk assessment.
∎ Need to ensure security and safety in the project area with utmost professionalism.
∎ To ensure security & safety of factory worker including there welfare.
∎ Ensure appropriate documentation and record keeping.
∎ Supervise to implement the automated system in HR and Admin.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Commitment to promote organizational values.
∎ Good interpersonal and liaison skills.
∎ Personal attributes should include qualities such as consistency, willingness to learn and flexibility, capacity to manage confidential information, cultural sensitivity, able to follow through with difficult issues in an open and professional manner.
∎ Excellent command over written and spoken English to write reports, memos, proposals, and presentations and conduct telephonic communications etc.
