Position Summary / Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive, execution-driven HR Manager to lead and manage Ray Advertising’s human resources operations in Bangladesh, supporting both local teams and U.S.-aligned business functions.

This is a hands-on leadership role, not advisory only. The HR Manager will own recruitment, employee lifecycle management, performance systems, HR policies, compliance, and organizational culture—ensuring alignment with company goals, performance standards, and long-term growth plans.

Primary Focus

  • Own hiring execution, headhunting, onboarding, and role handovers

  • Ensure timely hiring and smooth employee integration

  • Execute CHRO-driven employee engagement, culture, and retention initiatives

Key Responsibilities & Duties

1. HR Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with company growth, performance goals, and organizational structure

  • Implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives as directed by the CHRO and senior leadership

  • Ensure all HR operations run smoothly and align with company goals

  • Define HR roadmaps, KPIs, and execution plans across departments with CHRO

2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment, including headhunting, sourcing, screening, and shortlisting top candidates

  • Manage job postings, screening, interviews, hiring decisions, Negotiations, Orientations, Handover

  • Build strong hiring pipelines and talent databases for current and future needs

  • Ensure hiring standards align with performance-driven company culture

3. Onboarding, Performance & Employee Lifecycle

  • Oversee onboarding, orientation, and role handovers for new hires

  • Implement and oversee performance evaluation systems (KPIs, reviews, feedback cycles)

  • Support employee growth, promotions, warnings, and exits in a fair and documented manner

  • Manage offer letters, appointment letters, NDAs, and HR forms

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation

  • Ensure smooth integration of employees into teams and company culture

4. HR Policy, Compliance & Documentation

  • Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies, SOPs, and company guidelines

  • Ensure compliance with Bangladesh labor laws and internal company policies

  • Manage attendance, leave policies, probation, confirmation, and disciplinary processes

  • Handle employee grievances professionally and confidentially

5. Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and retention strategies

  • Promote a positive, accountable, and performance-driven work culture

  • Support leadership in conflict resolution and team management

  • Assist in executing performance reviews, probation, confirmation, and disciplinary processes

6. Cross-Functional Coordination & Reporting

  • Support CHRO in executing engagement initiatives, retention strategies, and culture-building programs

  • Assist in resolving employee conflicts and promoting a positive, accountable work environment

  • Prepare HR reports related to hiring, attrition, performance, and employee satisfaction

  • Maintain structured HR dashboards and documentation for leadership review

7.HR Team Management & Training

  • Train and guide HR executives and interns to ensure consistent recruitment and HR operations

  • Supervise HR team execution, task completion, and process adherence

  • Prepare HR reports on hiring, attrition, performance, and employee satisfaction for leadership

  • Ensure CHRO and leadership have real-time visibility into HR operations and workforce metrics

Required Qualifications (Must-Have)

  • 2–5+ years of experience in HR management, people operations, or HR leadership roles

  • Proven experience managing recruitment and employee lifecycle end-to-end

  • Strong understanding of HR policies, labor compliance, and documentation

  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and people management skills

  • Ability to work in a structured, performance-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

  • Experience working with U.S.-based companies or night-shift teams

  • Background in digital agencies, IT companies, or performance-driven organizations

  • Familiarity with HR tools, ATS, performance management systems, or HR software

Work Schedule & Employment Details

  • Working Days: Saturday to Thursday

  • Working Hours: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Bangladesh Time)

  • Breaks: 1-hour dedicated break + 30-minute refreshment break

  • Reporting To: Senior Management / Leadership Team

Probation Period

  • 3-month probation period

  • Performance evaluated based on execution quality, ownership, compliance discipline, and leadership effectiveness
