Responsibilities & Context:

Pushpodhara Properties Ltd. is a progressive real estate development with its sister concern Pushpodhara Housing Ltd., Pushpo Homes Ltd., Golden Eye Developers Ltd., Business Technology Marketing Ltd. (BTM), Bay Icon International Hotel & Resort Ltd. is looking for a competent, dynamic, and experienced professional for the position of Manager – Managing Director’s Office.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and follow up on strategic decisions, directives, and action plans of the MD

  • Prepare, review, and manage official correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing notes

  • Act as a focal point between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders

  • Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to the Managing Director.

  • Manage the MD’s schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, emails, reports, and presentations.

  • Maintain confidential files, documents, and records with utmost discretion.

  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD.

  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points.

  • Handle official communications professionally.

  • Ensure timely execution and monitoring of assignments given by the MD

  • Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and track action items

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive corporate information

  • Support corporate governance, compliance, and policy implementation as directed

  • Assist in special projects and strategic initiatives undertaken by the MD’s Office

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Managing Director.
