Experience:

• 5 to 8 years

• B.Sc in EEE/ Mechanical/ IP Engineering from any reputed University/ Institute.

• MBA degree would be an added advantage.

• 5 to 8 years

• Age 30 to 40 years

• 5 to 8 year(s) in relevant field.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

• Technical know-how of Die Casting Injection Molding Machine

• Technical Know-how of Varnish Machine

• Operation/Technical Know-how of Winding/Paper Insert Machine

• Operation /Technical Know-how of Powder Coating Plant

• Assembling/Fitting/QC assurance, etc.

• Hard working and ability to work under pressure.

• Manpower handling capability.

• Candidates must have a proven experience in a renowned factory operation.

• Excellent knowledge on Ms Office, email and internet.

• The candidate we are looking for has to be highly proactive, self-motivated and energetic.

• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a manufacturing establishment

• Develop and implement plans efficiently to use materials, labor and equipment to meet production targets

• Manage and Increase production efficiency with quality standards through developing production process/techniques

• Monitoring day to day production processes and adjusting schedules as needed to meet the production target

• Ensure the final product comply with the established quality standards through monitoring of products

• Conduct line balancing to ensure cost effective deployment of manpower in the production floor

• Work directly with team members to make sure individual productivity is improving day by day

• Liaising among different departments, e.g. Maintenance, QA, Material management and other managers;

• Ensure health and safety guidelines are followed in the production floor as per standards

• Prepare and maintain production reports

• Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination among relevant departments

• Prepare analytical report on regular basis and present before Management
