Job Context:
∎ Meghna Group of Industries (MGI) is one of the biggest & leading conglomerates of Bangladesh. To work on Learning and Organizational Development (OD) issues in the Human Resource Department, MGI is looking for a highly proactive and skilled professional.
∎ This position will be responsible for the activities concerning the training and development programs of the entire organization. The ultimate objective of this position shall be creating a learning and performance-driven culture across the organization

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify and assess current & future Training needs through Job analysis & performance management system
∎ Prepare yearly training calendar, training budget & rolling out, pre & post-training evaluations
∎ Prepare training modules & keep improving according to business requirements
∎ Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs including proper reporting and documentation
∎ Establish key metrics to precisely define the competencies for each role/department within the organization
∎ Conduct gap analysis with respect to standards and good practices
∎ Develop SOP's on key HR functions and day to day operational activities to enhance efficiency
∎ Organize employee engagement activities in order to promote organizational values
∎ Initiate employee brand building programs with external stakeholders to uphold organizational image
∎ Manage & Develop the Management Development Program in order to prepare future leader
∎ Roll out performance appraisal activities and support to align with reward & recognition
∎ Prepare & update different types of policies, propose new policies, process and procedure to help the business to achieve its goal
∎ Prepare different HR reports and communicate with stakeholders

Additional Requirements:
∎ Thorough understanding of labor law and market standards
∎ Strong documentation skill
∎ Excellent in written and verbal communication (both Bangla & English)
∎ Analytical ability and problem-solving attitude
∎ Development mindset for sustainable growth
