Education:
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., PGD in HRM, CHRM, CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) will be highly preferred

  • Sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Act & labor compliance

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HR software

  • Strong communication skills in English and Bangla (written & verbal)

  • Ability to work independently and handle pressure

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

  • Honest, disciplined, and professional attitude

  • Willingness to work extended hours when required



Responsibilities & Context:

Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee orientation activities.

Maintain employee personal files, attendance, leave, movement, and HR records.

Prepare and maintain salary sheets, overtime, increments, and HR reports.

Implement and ensure compliance with HR policies, company rules, and labor laws.

Handle employee confirmation, transfer, promotion, disciplinary actions, and exit procedures.

Maintain healthy employee relations and handle grievances professionally.

Coordinate training and development programs for employees.

Oversee daily administrative and office/factory support operations.

Manage office supplies, assets, inventory, and administrative records.

Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and utility companies.

Supervise security, housekeeping, transport, and maintenance services.

Maintain licenses, agreements, and statutory documents.

Ensure office discipline, safety, and facility management.

Support internal and external audits, inspections, and management reporting.

Any others task assinged by management.
