Responsibilities & Context: - Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
- Handle inbound calls and provide product/service information Manage customer inquiries through social media platforms (Messenger, WhatsApp, etc.).
- Maintain accurate records of calls, messages, and customer interactions.
- Assist with order processing, customer follow-up, and after-sales support.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for campaign execution.
- Ensure a positive customer experience in every interaction.
- Any others task assigned by management.
