Responsibilities & Context:
  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
  • Handle inbound calls and provide product/service information Manage customer inquiries through social media platforms (Messenger, WhatsApp, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, messages, and customer interactions.
  • Assist with order processing, customer follow-up, and after-sales support.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for campaign execution.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience in every interaction.
  • Any others task assigned by management.
