• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemical Technical/Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Environmental Science

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies, Chemical Industries, Cement Industry, Paper, Steel, Power, LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas

• Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Rules, local safety regulations, international standards and best practices.

• Experience in risk assessment, safety audits and report preparation.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with strong communication skills, especially in English.

• Detect potential workplace hazards, including fire risks, chemical exposures, and unsafe practices, to maintain a safe work environment.

• Conduct risk assessments and recommend preventive and corrective measures to minimize incidents.

• Develop, review, and enforce safety guidelines, procedures, and SOPs to ensure compliance with standards.

• Ensure adherence to local and international safety regulations, labor laws, and environmental requirements.

• Organize and deliver training on fire safety, first aid, emergency response, and proper use of PPE to build employee awareness.

• Develop and implement fire prevention systems, evacuation plans, and emergency response procedures.

• Conduct periodic drills and routine inspections of safety equipment, fire extinguishers, electrical systems, and machinery to ensure readiness.

• Oversee waste management, pollution control, and sustainable practices to maintain environmental compliance.

• Empower employees to actively participate in safety practices and promote a safety-first culture.

• Maintain accurate records of incidents, inspections, safety activities, and corrective actions to support reporting and audits.
