∎ Job Location: Depot units across the country.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage end-to-end distribution operations of the depot in a cost-effective manner.
∎ Ensure optimal level of the stock for uninterrupted supply of the medicines as per the demand.
∎ Assure proper supply and on time delivery of medicines in the market.
∎ Monitor the activities of Delivery Assistant (DA) to ensure on time recovery from collections against bill and outstanding.
∎ Monitor overall administrative activities including vehicle and security management to ensure proper and uninterrupted operation and maintenance of the depot efficiently.
∎ Take initiatives to ensure proper implementations of ISO, GDP and GMP guidelines.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5-7 years of experience in the similar role is required.
∎ Sound knowledge of Pharma Distribution.
∎ Keen on cost-effective depot management.
∎ Knowledge of ISO QMS/ GDP.
∎ Proficient in MS Office tools.
