∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform master data maintenance in SAP S4 and NGC e-SPS purchase order systems.
∎ Create and maintain purchase orders in SAP S4 and NGC e-SPS purchase order systems.
∎ Compile purchase order and master data in Excel spreadsheet for uploading to purchase order systems.
∎ Ensure UPC booking as per T & A, verify UPC data accuracy.
∎ Generate operational and analysis reports for user and management review.
∎ Participate in end-user training for various business systems.
∎ Carry out system testing/user acceptance testing and document testing results.
∎ Perform ad hoc tasks as per business need.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong sense of responsibilities.
∎ Willing to learn and can adapt to new technologies within short period.
∎ Good time-management skill with ability to complete assigned tasks on time with accuracy.
∎ Sound knowledge on Microsoft Office software including Excel, Word and Access.
∎ Experience in sourcing and ERP systems will be an advantage.
