Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager for Lingerie Operations to lead our lingerie project. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in lingerie operations, including 5 years in a similar managerial role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the entire cutting department of our high-volume lingerie project.
- Ensure smooth operations, maintaining high productivity and quality standards.
- Implement efficient processes and lead the team to achieve operational targets.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery and seamless workflow.
