Responsibilities & Context:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
Assist customers in resolving internet connectivity and service-related issues.
Provide accurate information regarding service packages, billing, and new connections.
Troubleshoot basic technical problems and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
Demonstrate solid knowledge of LAN (Local Area Network) and basic networking concepts.
Monitor, maintain, and report on computer systems and network performance.
Accurately document customer details, service requests, and call logs.
Perform basic hardware assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting tasks.
Diploma in Computer Science.
Preference will be given to candidates who have completed IsDB-BISEW NT Course.
