Responsibilities & Context:

🔧 Job Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.

  • Assist customers in resolving internet connectivity and service-related issues.

  • Provide accurate information regarding service packages, billing, and new connections.

  • Troubleshoot basic technical problems and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.

  • Demonstrate solid knowledge of LAN (Local Area Network) and basic networking concepts.

  • Monitor, maintain, and report on computer systems and network performance.

  • Accurately document customer details, service requests, and call logs.

  • Perform basic hardware assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting tasks.


🎓 Educational Requirements

  • Diploma in Computer Science.

  • Preference will be given to candidates who have completed IsDB-BISEW NT Course.
