🎓 Educational Requirements

• Diploma / BSc in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) or Information Technology (IT)
  
  

• From Govt. or Private Institutions
  
  

🧠 Experience

• Minimum 2 years experience in ISP sector
  
  

• Freshers are also encouraged to apply

• Provide onsite & remote technical support for Internet & networking issues

  • OLT
    
    

• Maintain network and communicate with upstream providers
  
  

• Manage technicians for:
  
  

  • New link installations
    
    

  • Existing link maintenance
    
    

• Maintain documentation:
  
  

  • Network diagrams
    
    

  • Task details
    
    

  • Equipment & accessories
    
    

• Coordinate NOC & support team operations
  
  

• Provide client support
  
  

• Handle emergency network outages
  
  

• Duty on Fridays & holidays if needed
