Guests House – Customer Support Agent (24/7 International Hospitality)

Location: Remote (Bangladesh)
Shift: Rotational Day/Night
Brand: Guests House (UK, UAE, Europe)

Role Summary

You will manage real-time guest communication for Airbnb, Booking.com, and international short-stay properties.
Your mission:
Reply fast. Solve problems. Deliver 5-star service.
No excuses. No drama. Full responsibility.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond instantly to guest messages and answer calls

  • Solve issues (check-in, complaints, emergencies)

  • Coordinate UK/UAE cleaners and maintenance teams

  • Manage calendars across platforms

  • Make confident, independent decisions

  • Maintain clear, professional English communication
