You will manage real-time guest communication for Airbnb, Booking.com, and international short-stay properties.

Respond instantly to guest messages and answer calls
Solve issues (check-in, complaints, emergencies)
Coordinate UK/UAE cleaners and maintenance teams
Manage calendars across platforms
