We need ONE elite Operator who will design the entire operations engine, then run it daily with full authority.

This is NOT customer service.
This is NOT admin work.
This is a systems-builder + operations commander role.

Your Mission

You will build and execute the full operational framework:

• Create the cleaning & inspection coordination system

• Build check-in, check-out, and guest communication workflows

• Develop maintenance escalation processes

• Set up calendars, automations, SOPs, and quality controls

• Recruit, manage, and push external vendors

• Run daily operations independently

• Solve problems fast and make real-time decisions

• Ensure flawless delivery for every booking
