Job Context

  • We are seeking a dynamic and service-oriented Customer Relationship Manager to join our fine-dining restaurant and cafe team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing customer relationships, and maintaining high service standards.

Job Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Supervise front-of-house operations and ensure excellent guest service.

  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

  • Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Maintain customer databases and develop engagement strategies to enhance retention.

  • Support marketing and promotional activities to improve guest experiences.
