About Us: Genesis Educare is a leading overseas education and healthcare consultancy firm. We help students to achieve their dreams of studying abroad. We provide expert guidance on university selection, application processing, visa support, and student counseling. We are currently looking for enthusiastic and professional customer service executives to join our team and ensure excellent communication, support, and service for our students and visitors.

Working Hours: 10 AM – 6 PM

Working Days: Saturday to Thursday

Key Responsibilities

Client Interaction & Support

  • Greet and assist walk-in clients with a friendly and professional attitude.

  • Provide accurate information about study abroad opportunities, programs, and services.

  • Answer student questions related to admissions, requirements, documents, and processes.

Communication & Follow-Up

  • Handle phone calls, WhatsApp, Messenger, and social media inquiries efficiently.

  • Make outbound calls to potential students and follow up regularly.

  • Convert inquiries into appointments or admissions by explaining services clearly.

Brand Representation

  • Represent Genesis Educare professionally in all forms of communication.

  • Assist in basic marketing tasks, including posts, live sessions, and client engagement.

  • Maintain organized logs and ensure smooth communication flow.
