Experience:

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Restaurant

• Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Hospitality Management

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or a related field (preferred).

• Professional Barista Certification from a recognized institute (e.g., Specialty Coffee Association or similar) will be an added advantage.

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Restaurant

• Age At least 30 years

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Barista, with at least 2 years in a leadership role at a fine dining or 5-star hotel restaurant.

• Strong knowledge of tea, coffee varieties, mocktail creation, brewing techniques, and latte art.

• Excellent communication and team management skills.

• Passionate about coffee culture and customer experience.

• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if needed.

• Passion for hospitality, creativity, and continuous improvement.

Job Context

• We are a fine-dining restaurant combining Western and Asian cuisines with in-house desserts and artistic plating. We are seeking a Head of Barista to lead our coffee operations and ensure a world-class beverage experience for our guests.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and train the barista team to maintain premium service standards.

• Develop and innovate beverage menus, including signature tea, coffee, mocktail creations.

• Oversee inventory, quality control, and coffee machine maintenance.

• Collaborate with management and kitchen teams to enhance the guest experience.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient barista station.
