Proven experience as Baking & Pastry Chef or similar role.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Adapting recipes to respond to customer feedback and special requests.
Chefs should be creative and innovative in their menu design and dish creation.
Chefs may work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Chefs may work long hours.

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in pastry or bakery, with at least 2 years in a leadership role at a fine dining or 5-star hotel restaurant.
Strong knowledge of European and modern pastry techniques.
Creative mindset, good planning sense, and time management.
Knowledge of baking equipment, ovens, proofing, and temperature control.

Job Responsibilities
Prepare and bake a variety of artisan breads, cakes, tarts, and desserts.
Design and execute plated desserts and seasonal specials.
Manage the pastry kitchen: inventory, hygiene, and equipment maintenance.
Maintain consistent quality, portioning, and presentation standards.
Collaborate with the Executive Chef for menu development and tasting.
Supervise assistants or commis if required.
