Supervise, train, and mentor all kitchen staff, ensuring high performance and discipline.
Maintain a positive and productive work environment while resolving conflicts.
Plan and design menus, considering seasonality, customer preferences, and cost control.
Innovate new recipes and update the menu regularly.
Manage stock levels, storage, and rotation to minimize waste and spoilage.
Control food costs and kitchen expenses.
Assist in pricing dishes to balance profitability and customer value.
Train staff in proper food handling and sanitation practices.
