US-Bangla Airlines, the largest private airline in the country, is seeking creative Commis Chefs for its Flight Catering Section. To succeed in this role, you must be well-versed in the culinary arts and committed to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness.

Responsibilities:

• Assist chefs in cooking according to standard recipes.

• Prepare basic dishes, salads, and sauces as per standard recipes.

• Process and marinate meats and fish.

• Perform basic food preparation tasks, including washing, peeling, and cutting fruits and vegetables.

• Ensure utensils and other kitchen equipment are ready.

• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and other compliance guidelines.

• Perform essential cleaning duties to ensure workplace cleanliness.

• Guide the work of Catering Assistants.

• Any other responsibilities assigned by the line manager.
