Job Context

Happy Potato Bangladesh is the master franchise of Malaysia’s popular snack brand Happy Potato, specializing in shaker fries and chicken-based snacks. We are opening new outlets in Gulshan & Dhanmondi and are looking for dedicated staff to support daily outlet operations.

This role involves food preparation, customer service, cleanliness, and teamwork while following international food safety and operational standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare fries and chicken items according to Happy Potato recipes and SOPs

• Operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain food quality standards

• Follow proper hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety guidelines at all times

• Assist in opening and closing procedures of the outlet as per checklist

• Operate POS system for order taking and billing (training will be provided)

• Serve customers politely and ensure a positive customer experience

• Handle food packaging and order handover accurately

• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professionalism during shifts

• Follow instructions from supervisors and management
