Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Personal Residence Head Chef for the owners of a renowned Group of Companies. Selected candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering high-quality meals tailored to the dietary preferences, nutritional needs, and lifestyle of the household. This role requires exceptional culinary expertise, strong knowledge of nutrition and diet planning, and the ability to maintain the highest standards of hygiene, discretion, and professionalism. The Head Chef will manage all aspects of the household kitchen, ensuring meals are not only delicious and visually appealing but also balanced and nutritionally appropriate. The role demands creativity, adaptability, and the capacity to handle both daily meals and special occasions with excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Personal Head Chef for the Owners’ Residential Facility (Group of Companies)

Meal Planning & Preparation

  • Plan and prepare daily meals considering the household members’ dietary preferences, allergies, and nutritional requirements.
  • Create balanced menus that include proper portions of proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins, and minerals.
  • Develop special menus for events, gatherings, or special occasions.

Nutrition & Diet Management

    • Apply knowledge of nutrition to design meals that promote health and well-being.
    • Monitor portion sizes and caloric intake according to dietary needs.
    • Adjust menus based on medical or lifestyle recommendations when required.

Kitchen Management

    • Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are strictly followed.
    • Maintain inventory, source fresh and high-quality ingredients, and manage procurement efficiently.
    • Supervise and coordinate any supporting kitchen staff, if applicable.

Culinary Excellence

    • Ensure consistent taste, presentation, and quality of all dishes served.
    • Introduce innovative recipes and maintain a variety of cuisines to suit household preferences.

Professional Conduct

    • Maintain discretion and confidentiality regarding household matters.
    • Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and reliability at all times.
