Diploma or Certificate Course in Cooking/Culinary Science is a plus.

Additional Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a reputed 3/5 Star Hotel, Cruise Ship, Defense Establishment, Merchant Navy Ship, Cargo Ships, or Embassies.
Practical knowledge of English (Reading & Writing).
Must maintain high personal hygiene and kitchen sanitation.
Non-smoker and avoids Chewing Paan/Tobacco.
Physically sound and medically fit.
Efficient kitchen operations and recipe handling.
Ability to manage primary recipe documentation.
Ready to stay near the factory site or in company-provided quarters.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Prepare all types of food/culinary dishes, including Continental and Intercontinental, as per recipes.
- Handle all kitchen equipment efficiently.
- Conduct simple research and develop culinary expertise as instructed by seniors.
