  • Chefs collaborate with kitchen management on menu items and attend staff meetings.

  • Chefs may work long hours. Multitasking: Chefs may need to multitask under pressure.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8–10 years of culinary experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role at a fine dining or 5-star hotel restaurant.

  • Strong knowledge of international cuisines, hydroponic/seasonal produce, and plating artistry.

  • Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Job Context

  • We are seeking a visionary Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in creating a world-class fine dining experience. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of both classical and modern cooking techniques, menu innovation, farm-to-table philosophy, and Michelin-level presentation standards.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute seasonal, innovative menus blending Eastern & Western cuisines.

  • Lead kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and creativity in every dish.

  • Collaborate with management on food costing, vendor sourcing, and inventory control.

  • Train, mentor, and inspire a diverse kitchen brigade.

  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and sustainability standards.

  • Work closely with the restaurant director to align food with the overall brand vision.
