Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Adapting recipes to respond to customer feedback and special requests.
Chefs should be creative and innovative in their menu design and dish creation.
Chefs may work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Chefs collaborate with kitchen management on menu items and attend staff meetings.
Chefs may work long hours. Multitasking: Chefs may need to multitask under pressure.

Requirements:
Minimum 8–10 years of culinary experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role at a fine dining or 5-star hotel restaurant.
Strong knowledge of international cuisines, hydroponic/seasonal produce, and plating artistry.

Collaborate with management on food costing, vendor sourcing, and inventory control.
Train, mentor, and inspire a diverse kitchen brigade.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and sustainability standards.
Work closely with the restaurant director to align food with the overall brand vision.
