Responsibilities & Context:
Minimum 5 years (Onshore/Offshore)
Knowledge of general housekeeping tasks
National Seaman Book holder preferable
Full bakery & pastry capacity
strong food safety knowledge
Ability to plan menus effectively
Train, supervise, and handle junior kitchen staff
Level 03/02 Food Safety Certification preferred
