Responsibilities & Context:
Responsibilities & Context:
- Candidates have to make outbound calls to the USA to sell our products or services.
- Generate new sales or subscriptions to the different services offered.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Excellent track records on #MCA will get preference.
- Required Agent will have to work NIGHT SHIFT (8:00 PM-5:00 AM) from the office.
Job Other Benifits:
- Weekly 2 Holidays. (Saturday & Sunday)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
Attendance Bonus of 2500 BDT per month from the 2nd month of Employment.
Festival Bonus (2) after 1 year of employment.
KPI/ Sales Bonus from the very beginning of the employment. (Generally, you can earn 5-10k extra on top)
