Job Context:
∎ Astrogate Systems is Looking to Hire "Telesales Specialist" for an International Project.
∎ Required Agent will have to work NIGHT SHIFT (8:00 PM-5:00 AM) from office.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidates have to make outbound calls to the US to sell our products or services.
∎ Generate new sales or subscriptions to the different services offered.
∎ Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent track records on MCA Live Transfer, Janitorial/Air Duct Appointment setting will get preference.

Salary:
∎ Salary Range: 12000 to 25000

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Loan or advance salary assistance to cover unexpected expenses for the employees after 3 months of employment.
∎ Tuition fees assistance after 6 months of employment for the employees who are currently studying and doing this job.
∎ Health Checkup for the employees after every 6 Months.
∎ Transportation allowance of 1000 BDT per month after 2 months of employment.
