Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC, O Level, A-Level, Bachelor degree in any discipline.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidates have to make outbound calls to the USA to sell our products or services.
∎ Generate new sales or subscriptions to the different services offered.
∎ Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
∎ Excellent track records on MCA Live Transfer, Janitorial/Air Duct Appointment setting will get preference.
∎ Required Agent will have to work NIGHT SHIFT (8:00 PM-5:00 AM) from the office.
∎ Home based offices will be considered depending on the experience.
∎ Office Location: Mirpur 10, Dhaka

Salary: Tk. 14000 - 25000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Loan or advance salary assistance to cover unexpected expenses for the employees after 3 months of employment.
∎ Transportation allowance of 1000 BDT per month after 2 months of employment.
∎ First Increment after 6 months of employment and then every year.
∎ Free dinner for the employees after 3 months of employment.
∎ Attendance Bonus of 2500 BDT per month from the 2nd month of Employment.
∎ Weekly 2 Holidays. (Saturday & Sunday)
∎ Festival Bonus (2) after 1 year of employment.
∎ Year-End Bonus for the employees who perform their job straight a year.
∎ KPI/ Sales Bonus from the very beginning of the employment. (Generally, you can earn 5-10k extra on top of your salary every month if you hit the sales target).
