Skills Required: Call Center Operation,Consumer Behavior Understanding,Good Ms office and Emailing skill,working in night shift

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 20 to 28 years
  • Must be willing to work night shift

  • Good communication skills in Bangla and basic English

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing)

  • Ability to work under pressure



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls on time.

  • Resolves problems by clarifying issues.

  • researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.

  • Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information, completing transactions, and forwarding requests. Sells additional services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell accounts; explaining new features.

  • Maintains the call center database by entering information. Keeps equipment operational by following established procedures and reporting malfunctions.

  • Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
