Responsibilities & Context:
  • Maintain regular communication with buyers, merchandisers, and garment factories regarding zipper orders, samples and delivery schedules.

  • Provide prompt responses to customer inquiries through email, phone, and messaging platforms.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Receive purchase orders (PO) and verify product specifications such as size, type, color code, material, slider model, and other technical details.

  • Coordinate with the production, sampling, and planning departments to ensure accurate and timely order processing.

  • Follow up on zipper die development, sample approval, and bulk production status.

  • Track production progress daily and ensure zipper orders are executed within the agreed lead time.

  • Communicate delivery schedules and any delays or changes to customers promptly.

  • Coordinate with the logistics/dispatch team for timely shipment and delivery to garment factories.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer communications, orders, delivery schedules, and sample status.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly customer service reports as required by management.

  • Assist in providing price quotations to customers based on product specifications.

  • Coordinate with the commercial/finance team regarding invoicing, payment follow-up, and credit issues

  • Gather customer feedback on zipper quality, new requirements, and competitor information.

  • Share insights with management to help improve products or processes.
