Maintain regular communication with buyers, merchandisers, and garment factories regarding zipper orders, samples and delivery schedules.
Provide prompt responses to customer inquiries through email, phone, and messaging platforms.
Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Receive purchase orders (PO) and verify product specifications such as size, type, color code, material, slider model, and other technical details.
Coordinate with the production, sampling, and planning departments to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
Follow up on zipper die development, sample approval, and bulk production status.
Track production progress daily and ensure zipper orders are executed within the agreed lead time.
Communicate delivery schedules and any delays or changes to customers promptly.
Coordinate with the logistics/dispatch team for timely shipment and delivery to garment factories.
Maintain accurate records of customer communications, orders, delivery schedules, and sample status.
Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly customer service reports as required by management.
Assist in providing price quotations to customers based on product specifications.
Coordinate with the commercial/finance team regarding invoicing, payment follow-up, and credit issues
Gather customer feedback on zipper quality, new requirements, and competitor information.
Share insights with management to help improve products or processes.
