Job Context:

TREETOP CLOUD, one of Bangladesh`s emerging IT companies, is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Care Executive / Office Executive for its Banasree office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, ensuring smooth office administration, and delivering excellent customer service. This role requires a blend of communication, organizational, and technical skills, along with a strong sense of professionalism and commitment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the front desk, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and guests.

  • Maintain accurate records related to front desk activities and visitor management.

  • Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of the front desk and overall office environment.

  • Receive and dispatch letters, messages, and documents efficiently while maintaining proper documentation and logs.

  • Follow safety protocols and control access to the office through proper reception procedures.

  • Maintain a systematic filing system for all office documents.

  • Deliver the highest level of customer service and ensure client satisfaction.

  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer operations.

  • Possess basic knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools, including Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

  • Follow office dress code and uphold a professional appearance at all times.

  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and retailers.

  • Uphold the company’s core values of Communication, Commitment, Clearness, and Time Sense (3C + 1T).

  • Have a sound understanding of current online marketing trends, strategies, and best practices.

  • Report daily tasks, achievements, and challenges to the designated authority.

  • Work collaboratively with the team, demonstrating a proactive, energetic, and solution-oriented approach.

  • Contribute to content creation and possess basic video editing skills.
