Responsibilities & Context:
∎ TREETOP CLOUD is one of the emerging IT companies of Bangladesh. TREETOP CLOUD is looking for Customer Care Executive / Office Executive for its Banasree office.
∎ Overall management of the Office Front Desk.
∎ Welcome all Clients, visitors, and guests into the front office in a professional manner and maintain records related to Front Desk Operation.
∎ Ensure the Front Desk area is properly maintained. Ensure overall cleanliness of the office.
∎ To be responsible for receiving letters, messages, documents, and dispatch them to concerned authority by keeping records.
∎ Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
∎ Systemic filling of all documents. Ensure customer satisfaction to highest level.
∎ Maintain receive record and other documentation. Daily and monthly report of customer care.
∎ Basic knowledge of digital marketing platforms including Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
∎ Maintain dress code. Maintain good relationship with valuable customers, dealers, retailers.Committed to maintaining (3C + 1T) Communication, Commitment, Clearness, and Time Sense.
∎ Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
∎ Able to report the daily activities and achievements to the concerned authority.
∎ Capable of working with the team and must be a quick learner, hard worker, smart & energetic.
