- Handle inbound calls, emails, and client messages with professionalism and courtesy.
- Update and maintain our system`s client information, service records, and feedback.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing platforms including Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Committed to maintaining (3C + 1T) Communication, Commitment, Clearness, and Time Sense.
- Capable of working with the team and must be a quick learner, hard worker, smart & energetic.
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
