Job Responsibilities:
∎ Approach challenges with a positive attitude and a results-oriented mindset.
∎ Handle inbound calls, emails, and client messages with professionalism and courtesy.
∎ Update and maintain our system's client information, service records, and feedback.
∎ Basic knowledge of digital marketing platforms including Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
∎ Initial knowledge of Social Media Platforms Handling and Content Creation.
∎ Proficient in English (Oral and Written) and excellent Knowledge of MS Office.
∎ Analyzing and creating operational execution strategies to successfully execute projects with the best results possible.
∎ Committed to maintaining (3C + 1T) Communication, Commitment, Clearness, and time Sense.
∎ Able to report the daily activities and achievements to the concerned authority.
∎ Capable of working with the team and must be a quick learner, hard worker, smart & energetic.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 35 years
∎ Demonstrate skills, self-motivation, and confidence.
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Communicate effectively both in Bangla and English.
∎ Should be able to work in a team under pressure with multi-tasking capabilities.
