Experience:
4-years graduation preferably in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Economics, Marketing or related discipline from a reputed university with no third class/division or equivalent CGPA in the academic record. Having Postgraduate degree will be considered an added advantage.
Any relevant Professional Qualifications will be considered an added advantage.
5 to 10 years of banking experience preferably in Retail Credit Risk / Credit / CRM.
Practical exposure to retail loan products and underwriting is essential.
Age not exceeding 40 years as of January 31, 2026. The age limit may be relaxed based on relevant experience.

Job Responsibilities
Review and analyze retail credit proposals (Home Loan, Auto Loan, Personal Loan, Credit Card, SME Retail, etc.) in line with approved credit policy and risk appetite.
Ensure accuracy of credit appraisal, income assessment, cash flow analysis, and risk grading.
Verify compliance with delegated approval authority, policy norms, and regulatory guidelines.
Implement and monitor retail credit policies, product programs, and underwriting standards.
Track portfolio performance, delinquency trends, vintage analysis, and early warning indicators.
Recommend corrective measures to control overdue, delinquency, and NPL in retail portfolio.
Ensure pre-disbursement conditions, documentation, and security perfection are complied with.
Monitor post-disbursement covenants, repayment behavior, and exception tracking.
Support prevention of loan slippage and proper utilization.
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Bank circulars, loan classification & provisioning guidelines, AML/CFT considerations, and internal audit requirements.
Assist in stress testing, portfolio analytics, and risk reporting related to retail credit.
Work closely with Retail Business, Credit Administration, Operations, and Recovery units to ensure smooth credit lifecycle management.
Support rescheduling, restructuring, and recovery strategy for stressed retail accounts.
Prepare and submit retail credit MIS, risk dashboards, delinquency aging, and management reports.
Support management with data-driven insights for portfolio improvement.
