Job Responsibilities:
∎ To analyze and evaluate loan proposals as per SF’s lending regulations, and product program guidelines.
∎ To evaluate the creditworthiness of prospective clients and projects and verify the information provided by the loan applicants by visiting the business premises physically.
∎ Preparation and analysis of financial statements of different businesses in diverse industries.
∎ Reviewing loan documents and ensuring accurate documentation against the credit granted.
∎ Preparation and review of loan applications and recommendation of loan facilities.
∎ Responsible for quality of loan portfolio for the responsible regions.
∎ To ensure collection from the clients in their designated region and help the responsible personnel in the process.
∎ OD clients visit and assist the designated officers with the effective collection plan, if necessary.
∎ Preparing monthly visited clients report, rejected clients report, OD clients report, etc.
∎ Maintaining effective communication with the supportive programs of SF.
∎ To promote the organization at the field level and make efforts to establish good relations with the clients.
∎ To assist on specific projects or tasks as per the management’s requirement
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in relevant field is required and 1 year (Min) experience in CRM Department of Bank & Financial Institution will be preferred
Salary: Negotiable
