Educational Requirements:

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
At least 3 years NGO experience
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate with children regularly and if needed contact with their parents
∎ Build-up good relationship with different local Church pastors and Church leaders
∎ Collect information and data about the progress of children’s education
∎ Visit different working areas, children’s house and monitor the activities of Supervisors
∎ Prepare yearly plan of action and budget of the project activities
∎ Follow-up monthly meeting decisions for proper implementation
∎ Coordinate the arrangement of religious programs, trainings, workshops and other gatherings
∎ Ensure necessary supply of materials and logistics for project activities
∎ Develop guidelines for community mobilization including children’s spiritual development
∎ Take necessary initiative to set-up new tuition centers in the community, develop capacity of the tuition teachers and monitor the progress of all centers
∎ Prepare project site and field for visitors arranging welcome sessions, cultural programs and other necessary activities.
∎ Compile information from field to prepare monthly plan & report and update student data
∎ Ensure collection of child's yearly and half yearly greetings, special gifts and response letters, progress reports, photos as per requirement
∎ Justify the selection of any child for new growth as well investigate reasons in case of any drop-out
∎ Supervise and manage the field staffs (Field supervisor, Tuition teachers)
∎ Ensure formation and function of Community Based Organizations (CBOs)
∎ Perform necessary activities for budgetary control including checking and approval of bills & vouchers
∎ In case of any special requirement, consult with Program Manager for necessary approval from authority
∎ Carry-out any special tasks as assigned by the higher authority
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication and networking skills
∎ Expert user of MS Word, Excel and Power point
∎ Willingness to visit field frequently
∎ In-depth understanding of the project implementation and supervision strategy
∎ Good working knowledge on budget preparation and budgetary control
∎ Commitment towards organizational policies and procedures
∎ Age will be relaxed for experienced candidates
∎ Candidate having similar experience will get preference
∎ Non-smokers are discouraged to apply
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 18000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ After being permanent upon successful completion of probation period (six months), other benefits will be offered as per the organizational policy i.e. provident fund, gratuity, festival bonus, yearly increment, staff insurance (kormi Bima), medical allowance (Kormi Sohayota Tohobil) etc.
