Educational Requirements:

∎ Preferred Professional Certification: MBA or Professional certificate in Operation Management will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Ability to lead and manage team, Administrative, Any reputed woven denim bottom manufacturing factory., Denim, Garment Factory

Experience Requirements:
∎ 15 to 20 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 2 to 4 years experience in same position, 2 years of experience on similar field.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the entire factory (Denim & Non-denim Garments Unit) operations and ensure that production meets Company standards with profitably.
∎ Responsible for driving the company to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow and business goals and objectives.
∎ Designing and implementing business operations.
∎ Motivate and lead a high performance management team; attract, recruit and retain required members of the executive team not currently in place;
∎ Coordinate with marketing and merchandising team for future orders, present order status, and product costing and to discuss capacity status of the factory and take decision to accept any order or not considering profit margin.
∎ Strategize the complete process flow of manufacturing operations from Cut to Pack to ensure right quality and timely delivery.
∎ To Establish the Quality and to achieve Profitability of operation through Production planning and Cost control and reduction.
∎ Review & set priority of Production planning, Material planning and machinery planning as per commitment & buyer’s demand.
∎ Manage Day to Day operations and employee conduct inside the office and ensure that all team members are completing their tasks and duties.
∎ Provide necessary guidance to develop systems and process that promote efficiency.
∎ Implementing right systems to ensure smooth functioning of the unit.
∎ Able to make production plans & follow up and meet the production target as well as quality with in-time delivery.
∎ Promote a positive culture that reflects the organization’s values & encourages good performance.
∎ Spearhead the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes.
∎ Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of the organization.
∎ Interaction with Corporate Office on daily /weekly and monthly monitoring reports and on critical production related issues.
∎ Ensure factory meets the compliance as per technical, social and health standards.
∎ Foster a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company.
∎ Resolve inter-departmental issues if there is any.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experienced Chief Operating Officer with a demonstrated history of working in Denim & Non-Denim (Bottom) factory.
∎ Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and all other levels in the factory
∎ Understand every stage of garment manufacturing from patterns to final shipment
∎ Should be energetic, dynamic and have strong leadership capability
∎ Strong business acumen and exceptional interpersonal and communication skill
∎ Strong people management skills - fairness and ability to motivate and manage the team
∎ Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
∎ Working knowledge of data analysis and operation metrics.
