Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Apparel Manufacturing
∎ Any reputed University.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize and follow up orders from sampling to garment delivery.
∎ Update order loading chart (BDM) on regular basis with new Post entry, testing related update, FRI related information, shipment advice and other details and review with factories.
∎ Able to communicate with overseas offices & Suppliers on order related information, pending materials (Fabric, Trims & others) and support factories.
∎ Control records of materials as per fabric types, fabric pattern, proper consumption & styles in the spreadsheet.
∎ Able to do analysis and workout critical areas of factories and update department head (BD office) on regular basis.
∎ Monitor production flow on regular basis to endure proper executions align with the production planning.
∎ Source and identify qualified factories, fabric mills & trims suppliers.
∎ Knowledge in trims & fabric price negotiation to add value for the company.
∎ Good knowledge on garment costing Order collection, Product development, Order confirmation, L/C opening, Material sourcing, Material collection, Production planning, Quality Assurance, Final inspection, Shipment.
∎ Responsible for the coordination with factory for daily operational activities like sample approval to bulk fabric & trims inhouse and production as well.
∎ Must have knowledge on sample development and guide factories as well.
∎ Monitor Product testing and work with Factory's and our QC's for Quality Standard.
∎ Frequent interact with the internal department (BD office) to ensure quality, production, and timely delivery of goods.
∎ Reporting to Head of the Merchandising department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent English communication skills, including speaking, writing, and listening.
∎ Excellent computer skills, Microsoft office [excel, work, power point] data entry, workplace chat [Microsoft-teams etc.] and spreadsheets.
∎ Candidate should be young, energetic with an attitude to be self-driven, dynamic, result, oriented, honest and responsible.
∎ Candidate should be good in public dealing, Professional appearance, ability to work under pressure, good time management, good inter personal relationship.
∎ Ability to work in a team.
