Job Responsibilities:
∎ Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)
∎ Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services.
∎ Prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems.
∎ Proofread and edit blog posts before publication.
∎ Coordinate with team to illustrate articles.
∎ Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic.
∎ Promote content on social media.
∎ Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics.
∎ Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
∎ Update website content as needed.
∎ Coordinate with other departments during special events or projects.
∎ Coordinate with Agency to ensure content is on brand with BRAC IT.
∎ Participate in brainstorming, ideation, and strategy planning sessions with team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge of technology trends
∎ Attitude to meet a difficult deadline
∎ Attentive to detail tasks
∎ Strong problem solving and analytical ability
∎ Carry pleasant writing & communication skill
∎ Portfolio of published articles
∎ Experience doing research using multiple sources
∎ Excellent writing and editing skills in English and Bangla
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
∎ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Media and communication, or a related field.
∎ At least 1 years of experience in a related field. (Content Writer, Copywriter or similar role)
∎ Knowledge of relevant consumer psychology
∎ Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)
∎ Familiarity with web publication
