Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Documentation and Implementation of ISO Standards (ISO 9001:2015 – QMS, ISO 14001:2015 – EMS, ISO 45001:2018 – OH&S)
∎ Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Control Measures.
∎ Coordination and Compliance with PCI Standards Audit.
∎ Card Quality Management (CQM) Documentation and Audit Support.
∎ Client, Telco, Bank, and Supplier Audit Compliance.
∎ Systematically archive ISO, CQM, client, and other audit findings, along with supporting documentation and quality reports, in accordance with document control protocols.
∎ Support the implementation and operational integration of new audit and brand certification standards including ISO 27001:2022, INTERGRAF, and JCB.
∎ Complete vendor information forms, supplier self-assessment checklists, and other required documentation in preparation for scheduled audits.
∎ Conduct regular training sessions for supervisors and operators to ensure proficiency in workstation-specific operations and adherence to applicable standards.
∎ Evaluate production efficiency by analyzing yield and bad card percentages in alignment with CQM protocols, identifying trends and performance gaps.
∎ Analyze CpK (Process Capability Index) data across production sections, identifying opportunities for process improvement in line with CQM benchmarks.
∎ Review customer satisfaction metrics and the complaint register in accordance with the Sales and Marketing SOP to identify trends and drive service improvement.
∎ Assess supplier performance and existing assessments based on criteria defined in the Purchase SOP, ensuring compliance with quality expectations.
∎ Analyze and review the Inventory Management System to ensure alignment with the Inventory SOP, supporting accuracy, traceability, and operational control.
∎ Ensure comprehensive documentation of safety-related activities and initiatives by supporting the Safety Officer.
∎ Ensure timely management and accurate documentation of all employee insurance matters, including Fire Insurance, Burglary & Housebreaking Insurance, and Group Insurance.
∎ Foster open communication across all departments by actively listening to employee concerns and suggestions, documenting feedback, and facilitating discussions to drive improvements.
∎ Implement enhancements while ensuring full compliance with PCI, ISO, CQM, and other applicable standards and requirements.
∎ Any other job assigned by management.
