Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM
∎ Chinese Language Speaking Course Certificate
∎ Training/Trade Course: Chinese language course completed
∎ Skills Required: Chinese language speaking fluency

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Chinese Language
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Reads documents in Chinese language in well conversed way, sentence structure and punctuation.
∎ • Serves as interpreter at seminars, speeches, meetings and teleconferences, providing consecutive or simultaneous translation between Chinese & Bangla languages.
∎ • Listen to complete statements in Chinese, translates to Bangla, and translates responses from Bangla into Chinese language; expresses either approximate or exact translation, depending on nature of occasion.
∎ • Receives briefing or prepares through reading and study on subject to be discussed prior to interpreting session.
∎ • To ensure & implement factory compliance requirements as per buyer CoC & legal standards
∎ • Work to ensure good health and safe environment in the workplace in the all aspects of compliance including OSH, Chemical, fire and electrical.
∎ • To take necessary initiative to remedy of all non-compliance findings consecutively
∎ • To maintain a relationship with worker between management to avoid any grievance
∎ • To prepare & update of all compliance related documents/registers as per buyer's requirement
∎ • To prepare a Corrective Action Plan (CAP) against audit reports.
∎ • To monitor daily workers safety issue about health & safety, Fire safety, Accident & rout case analysis
∎ • To arrange training such as Orientation, Health & Safety, Fire Training, First Aid, MSDS, Security Awareness training, etc. effectively
∎ • To assist in preparing/ updating policies for compliance
∎ • To maintain and make the renewal of all necessary license/certificates/permits
∎ • To arrange all kinds of the meeting (Compliance Issue), make up to date the register
∎ • Any other job as assigned by the dept. head

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ • Males and females both can apply.
∎ • Must have computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel etc.).
∎ • Must have good communication skill in Chinese, English & Bengali.
∎ • Hardworking, proactive, self-responsible, ability to work under pressure.
