Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor / Honors from any reputed institution.
∎ Candidates having Post-Graduation or Diploma in Social Compliance in the RMG sector from any reputed institute will be given priority.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keep record of the Supplier database and regular updates to Management.
∎ Check and verify all documents related to company Policy & Procedures, SOPs, certificates, licenses, and records.
∎ Follow-up suppliers to maintain and make the renewal of all necessary licenses/certificates/permits as per client and local laws & regulations.
∎ Applicant must have in-depth knowledge of BSCI and Oeko-tex requirements and processes to follow through supplier accordingly.
∎ Develop suppliers to align with updated/latest demands of clients- BSCI, Oeko-tex, GOTS, OCS, RCS, GRS, Accord, etc.
∎ Regular factory visits and conduct audits to identify potential weaknesses and noncompliance situations.
∎ Give the necessary instruction to remedy all non-compliance findings consecutively.
∎ Work with 3rd party audit companies in the respective country to make sure they are updated with the audit process.
∎ Take action in dealing with noncompliance situations, creating realistic plans to overcome them.
∎ Work with suppliers to ensure good health and a safe environment in the workplace in all aspects of compliance including OSH, Chemical, fire, and electrical.
∎ Efficiently resolve all compliance issues, maintain a healthy & safe working environment and prepare suppliers to face audit at any time by the clients.
∎ Push the development of new innovations.
∎ Help management team in supplier evaluation and onboarding new supplier.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 years’ experience in factory/buying house or both.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well-organized, self-driven & have a good personality.
∎ Proficient in MS Office Package. Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time frame. Good interpersonal & communication skills.
∎ Needs to have considerable knowledge/ understanding of Compliance requirements of European customers.
∎ Aware of local laws & regulations with respect to the RMS sector of Bangladesh.
∎ Applicant should be avail to quickly identify faults & compliance lapses on visual examination of factory premises.
